The engagement of stakeholders is not only a constitutional and legal requirement but as well as a reflection of our professionalism, good practice, and part of our value system.
Stakeholder mapping and engagement plans are continuously prepared to guide the specific approach employed in reaching different classes of stakeholders to address diverse interests. This has enabled us to meet the public needs and at the same the demonstrate ownership of the road projects by the stakeholders we intend to serve.
The Authority continues to conduct stakeholder meetings with the public during project planning and implementation. Further to this, the Authority conducts continues to monitor the impact through media analysis and customer satisfaction surveys so as to improve service delivery and meet customer expectations.
